- 3% on the next $3,000 of taxable income
- 4% on the next $5,000 of taxable income
- 5% on all taxable income over $10,000
When are Mississippi state income tax returns due?

Because of to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, state and local tax deductions are limited to $10,000 per year ($5,000 for married filing separately).
