If you’ve chosen to use a credit or debit card to pay for your online tax prep, please note that H&R Block filing fees will be charged at the time you complete the transaction in the product. In other words, if you check your credit or debit card account online, you’ll see the H&R Block charges upon completion of your return.

If you receive statements monthly or periodically, the H&R Block payment will appear on your next credit card or bank statement.

H&R Block Payment Alternative

Looking for an alternative to using your credit or debit card for your H&R Block filing fees? You can also use a portion of your refund to pay for your tax prep. This option is called Refund Transfer and is available when you get to the payment section of your return.
