What Do I Do If I’m Not Receiving H&R Block Emails?

1 min read

1 min read

During the return filing and account management process, we might send you emails to keep you up to date. If you’re not receiving H&R Block emails, your spam blocker might be preventing the emails from reaching your inbox. To make sure H&R Block emails aren’t automatically deleted or put in your junk mail folder, you should add onlinetaxes@hrblock.com  to your email address book.

From this email address, we’ll send you important messages regarding your return and account, including:

  • Payment receipts
  • Account info
  • Notices about your return filing status

What to Do When You Find H&R Block Emails in Your Spam Folder

If you find an H&R Block email in your junk mail folder, your email program should allow you a way to mark the email as “Not Junk” so it will be sent to your inbox. Or, you can move it to your inbox yourself. If you notice you aren’t receiving emails from this address, make sure your email program is accepting messages from onlinetaxes@hrblock.com.
