Here’s how to remove and reinstall your H&R Block Tax Software to fix an H&R Block error message:

  1. Open your Applications folder on your computer.
  2. Drag the H&R Block 2023 icon to your Trash.
  3. On your computer’s desktop, double-click the icon labeled H&R Block 2023 to open the installer window.
  4. Drag the green square H&R Block 2023 icon to your computer’s Applications folder and drop it in.
  5. Open your Applications folder.
  6. Double-click the green H&R Block 2023 icon.
